Online Reservation Form
By completing the online booking form, each user accepts and authorises GOREV to process and use their personal data for the purpose of:

  • managing the requested reservation
  • offering products and services that may improve our relationship with customers
  • responding to suggestions or enquiries

Credit Card Data Security
The credit card details provided to confirm a reservation are processed automatically in compliance with the security and confidentiality requirements established by the Spanish Data Protection Law and Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June on Security Measures for Automated Files.
These data are processed exclusively on a secure server operated by Caja de Ahorros y Pensiones de Barcelona (“La Caixa”) and are transmitted through encrypted connections using an SSL security certificate.
Data Retention
If the online reservation is not completed, GOREV will retain only those personal data expressly provided by users for the purpose of sending commercial communications, including by email or equivalent electronic means, provided that the user’s consent has not been withdrawn.
All other data collected will be deleted once they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were originally collected, in accordance with current data protection regulations.
